Terms and Conditions:
1. Participants can choose to join either Site tour depart from Hong Kong or Shenzhen
2. The Group size of the visits is 50-70. Seats are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority will be given to participants also enrolled in the Symposium package.
3. The Early bird package (for two participants selecting Package A) includes:
Two-day Symposium (5 & 6 November 2025)
Site tour (4 November 2025): select tour from Hong Kong or Shenzhen
One double room for two nights with two breakfasts per day
4. Once a booking is confirmed, payment must be made 20 days before the activities take place. The booking will be deemed successful only after the payment is received by HKCCA Secretariat.
5. Cancellation, modification or transfer of booking, refund will not be accepted.
6. Early bird offer valid until 26 September 2025.
