    Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) is honoured to have been selected as the host for CC-APAC EXPO 2025.

    The theme of CC-APAC EXPO 2025 is unveiled as “Connecting Cultures: Elevating Customer Experience Through AI and Human Touch”.

  • February 2025

    Continuous Technologies International Limited has been confirmed as the exclusive  sponsor of CC-APAC EXPO 2025.

  • March 2025

    The 2-day Symposium has been confirmed to be held at Anthea Hotel, Shenzhen, China while the Awards Presentation and Gala Ceremony to be held at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
